Our practice

Our approach

We are a modern and responsive law firm, offering sophisticated legal and dispute resolution services worldwide.

Our practice areas include:

corporate and commercial;
information and communication technology (ICT);
data protection and digital ID;
digital financial services;
utility projects and business diversification; and
dispute resolution.

We have mediated disputes at Cabinet Minister and CEO level, chaired multi-party dispute processes, advised on billions of dollars’ worth of deals, and drafted countries’ national laws.

The firm's founding partners, Rory Macmillan, and Richard Keck, are qualified in various jurisdictions including the States of New York and Georgia, as well as England and Wales. Together, they have had extensive experience drafting laws and regulations for governments, advising companies and investors on large corporate and financial transactions, and arbitrating and mediating disputes.

Our work engages with commercial reality, public policy objectives and respect for the law. We aim to understand our clients’ needs, pursue their goals and achieve the best outcomes for them. Our advice to clients and our third party dispute interventions are driven by a commitment to excellence in all that we do.
